Registration Information

For participants (There is no deadline for participants without a paper but please register ASAP in order to assist with the logistics). 

To register, you should follow two steps: 

1) To pay the registration fee, use the below options (credit card or bank transfer).

Registration fee

The registration fee is USD 400 (or approximately VND 9,500,000.00) for each paper and each author. Registration fee includes coffee breaks and lunch during the conference. Accommodation is not included.

Please note:

1. The registration fee is not refundable.

2. Please note that you may be charged additional bank fees, varying by vendor, which could result in a purchase total exceeding 400 USD. We kindly ask that you accept these fees as necessary. Thank you.

 

2) Complete the online registration form, and you will receive a confirmation email.

A. Paying the Registration Fee By Bank Transfer (in VND)

If you pay by bank transfer, please pay 9.500.000 VND  (USD 400) since our bank account is in VND. Please note that you must select the option to pay all associated bank fees.

 B. Paying Registration Fee By Credit Card  (In USD) 

Please click the Buy Now button below, then scroll down to use the option Pay with Debit or Credit Card.  

Please note that you must pay the vendor fee for the credit card facility. If you use a credit card, please click the Payment button to proceed. Please also keep the receipt/confirmation attached to the registration form above.
